SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Destinations and Costs

Auralen Home currently ships to the United States. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Order Preparation

Orders are prepared for shipment within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Preparation time is separate from shipping transit time.

Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, delivery is estimated to take 15–20 business days.

If preparation takes the full 3 business days, the estimated total time from payment confirmation to delivery is 18–23 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, and customs processing, where applicable, may affect delivery.

Shipping Updates and Tracking

We will email you a shipment confirmation when your order ships, including tracking information when available. Tracking updates may not appear immediately.

Address Changes and Cancellations

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

To request an address correction or cancellation, email us as soon as possible. If fulfillment has not begun, we will make the correction or cancel and refund your order. Once processing or shipping has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact helloauralenhome@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Include photos when possible.

We will investigate with the supplier or carrier and work with you on an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, as applicable.

If we cannot ship within the stated preparation period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a refund. Delivery estimates do not limit your applicable cancellation or refund rights.

Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before returning any item so we can provide instructions and the correct return address.
