RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Auralen Home, we accept returns of defective and non-defective products, including when you change your mind. This policy applies to purchases made at auralenhome.com.
30-Day Returns
Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return. You may open and reasonably try your item at home. Please return it clean, complete with its accessories, and without damage caused by misuse, alteration, or improper installation.
Keep the original packaging where possible and use protective packaging for shipping. Your order number or proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return
Email helloauralenhome@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include photos if possible.
We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before shipping anything back. Do not send returns to the sender address on your package unless we instruct you to do so.
Ship your return within 14 calendar days after receiving our return instructions and keep your tracking receipt.
Return Shipping and Fees
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the actual return postage charged by their chosen carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Auralen Home covers the necessary return shipping. We will provide a prepaid label or arrange a return at no cost to you. Contact us before paying for shipping in these cases.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
Inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as you discover an issue so we can help with a replacement or refund.
If an order has not arrived, email us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
We will inspect your return and notify you of the outcome within 10 business days after receiving it. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within that period and include the price paid for the returned item and applicable tax.
For change-of-mind returns, original expedited or other paid shipping charges are not refundable. We do not deduct our original shipping costs from orders shipped free.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we also refund any applicable original shipping charge for the affected item.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Contact us if it has not appeared within 15 business days of our refund confirmation.
Exchanges
To receive a different item, request a return and place a new order. Product availability may change.
Cancellations and Address Changes
Email us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or address correction. If fulfillment has not begun, we will cancel and refund the order or make the requested correction.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible and our return process applies.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. The 30-day change-of-mind window does not limit your statutory rights concerning defective products.
